“He who has health has hope; and he who has hope has everything” – Arabic proverb
The world has made rapid strides in the health sector. However, various eye-opening data from WHO clearly indicate that access to healthcare remains a challenge for many in underdeveloped countries.
While the health statistics of underdeveloped countries continue to be poor, the health status and access to health for the poor in urban dwellers have surfaced to be equally deplorable and have fewer government primary healthcare facilities.
Remote rural areas continue to suffer from adverse health conditions owing to mainly two reasons –first the lack of education and thus lack of awareness; and second the unwillingness to lose a day’s wage to reach the nearest medical facility if any assistance. Healthcare for the underprivileged, which is a desperate need, thus remains unaddressed.
The need of the hour is thus a two-pronged approach – first to bring quality healthcare services to the doorsteps of the needy and second to promote healthcare awareness and contemporary healthcare-seeking behavior among the underprivileged.
Your donation will help us support underprivileged people to have better basic healthcare. Please see our House of Hope Center Project which aims to provide all these services.
The power of community has limitless potential.

MFSS is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charity. All contributions designated for specific projects shall be applied to those projects, and we may assess up to 10 percent to be used for administering the gift. If, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
